Caralee is a Santa Barbara based 1:1 Holistic Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, and all-around curious mind. She has used her unique life experiences, and technical knowledge to create a complex assimilation of the Sciences, the Self, and the Spiritual to guide clients into greater self and body awareness. 

She is a life-long autodidact, and Intuitive Healer who is well-researched in Somatic Experiencing, Psychology of Human Relationships and Sex, Nutrition Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, Behavioral Neuroscience, Neurophysiology, Sensory Neuroscience, Behavioral Science, Physiology, Religious Studies, Personality Typing [MBTI + Enneagram], Adverse Childhood Experiences [ACES], Narcissism, Addiction, Psychopaths, the Science of Sleep, Empaths, Highly Sensitive Persons [HSPs], and more. She uses this unconventional knowledge and her innate wisdom, and intuition to help show her clients how to nourish their body, mind, and spirit in every way. 

In her free time you can find her cold water skinny dipping in wild waters of all ilk, climbing rocks, trees, and ice formations, making up recipes, being kind to herself, talking with the flowers on long swirly walks, riding motorcycles, cooking and baking ancestral foods, hiking, spending time with the oceans and the trees, working on her truck, rehydrating with mineral water + real salt, tending to her house plant forest, having deep conversations with loved ones, and often crying after or during, thrifting & decorating spaces, collecting crystals, taking photos, creating dried floral hangings, growing herbs, or solo road tripping in her 4x4 rig. And of course, reading everything above, writing, and cultivating her own ever-evolving self-awareness and embodiment practices. She’s always ready for off-road dispersed adventures + hot springs.

She has lived in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and Montana with long stints in Arizona, British Columbia, and Alberta, as well as visiting 21 states, and 9 countries.
